What We Clean

Vinyl, brick, stucco, hardie board — we lift the green film, spider webs and dirt line off your siding and leave the whole house looking freshly painted.
Surface-cleaned concrete comes back to its original color — no zebra stripes, no wand marks. Oil spots, rust and red clay treated before we ever start.
Wood needs a gentler touch. We dial the pressure down and let the cleaner do the work, so boards come back bright instead of fuzzy and splintered.
Gutters get the same tiger-stripe oxidation everyone ignores. We clean the faces and brighten them back to white while we're already on site.

Pressure washing blasts dirt off with force. Soft washing uses low pressure — about the strength of a garden hose — plus a cleaning solution that kills the algae, mold and mildew causing the stain. Roofs, siding and wood get soft washed. Concrete gets a surface cleaner. Using high pressure on the wrong surface is how shingles lose granules and siding gets water behind it.
Not when it's done right. We pre-wet landscaping, cover sensitive plants and rinse everything thoroughly during and after the wash. Damaged landscaping almost always comes from skipping those steps — we don't.
In this climate, most homes look best on a yearly wash. Roofs generally go two to four years depending on tree cover and shade. If you're already seeing green or black, it's time.
No, as long as we have access to water and the areas being cleaned. Most customers are at work. We'll send photos when we're done if you'd like.
Most single-family house washes run two to four hours. A driveway is usually one to two. Roofs vary with pitch and access, but nearly everything we do is a same-day job.
